Shipping Policy

Most stock orders received before 4:00PM EST will ship the same day, however, our goal is to have all orders shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. If we can’t ship your order within that time frame we will  notify you of the expected ship date.

Shipping Methods

We choose from a selection of shipping companies in order to ship your order to you in the most timely and cost-efficient manner. For this reason, we ask that you provide us information about your receiving capabilities when you place your order. Based on this information, our shipping department will determine the shipping costs for your order. We will send you a preliminary invoice indicating the shipping cost for your approval. We will only ship the order upon your approval.  We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

You also have the option of making arrangements to use your own shipping company, or to pick up your order from our warehouse.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as freight costs, which vary according to the total weight of the shipment and the destination. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
